Further thereto, you may also request for your Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date, to be deleted, corrected or revised by sending your request in writing to the address stated hereinabove or by logging into the account you have with MOKU. Please be advised that MOKU shall have the discretion to require you in providing MOKU with such relevant documentary evidence prior to allowing any deletion, correction or revision of your Personal Data to avoid fraud and inaccuracy.
