DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All orders placed and paid before 3pm (GMT+10) will be dispatched on the next business day.
Any order placed and paid after 3pm (GMT+10) will be dispatched on the second business day.

DELIVERY TRACKING

We will update you with the tracking number once we have dispatched it. You may track your shipment from the Australia Post Tracking System or Sendle Tracking Page with the provided tracking number.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive the item. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Unfortunately you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
